New hair with casual cap

Pigtail hair with cap is out. Cap contains texture switch script. Sctipt won't work in script restricted area.



Hairs has newly made textures, 9 colors in all. 120L$ for 3 colors set, 250L$ for 9 colors fat pack.

And I put new textures on previously released pigtails.
